If you live in Mississauga, within the postal codes L5E, L5G, L5H or L5J, you can pick up groceries from our food bank every week. Live outside those areas? Check with Food Banks Mississauga to find your local food bank (or call them at 905-270-5589).

Please arrive within 1 hour of your scheduled pickup time. If you arrive outside this window, you'll receive our standard hamper.
Place custom pickup orders by noon the day before your visit. Miss the deadline? You can still order a standard hamper.
When picking up your order please remember to bring your own bags to The Compass at your arrival time.
