Walk The Walk: Support The Compass Community

We are thrilled to announce that this year’s 18th Annual Walk The Walk for the Compass Food Bank & Outreach Centre raised an incredible $176,000—surpassing our goal by an astounding $36,000! This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our community, wonderful sponsors, and the many generous donors who contributed to this event. We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you for walking with us, both in spirit and in action.

Your contributions will go a long way in helping The Compass Food Bank provide food, hygiene items, and hot meals to those experiencing food insecurity and homelessness in our community. The funds raised will help sustain us until mid-November, ensuring that we can continue supporting the 2,200 individuals, including 725 children, who rely on us every week.

Walk The Walk is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a lifeline for families and individuals struggling to make ends meet. It brings us together in solidarity, demonstrating that, as a community, we care deeply about those who are most vulnerable.
